Hi,

I recently saw Sylvania 9004CB bulbs at the local Big K-Mart.  According to
the specs on them, they are DOT legal and they give out 700Lumens / use 45W
on Low, give out 1200Lumens / use 65W on High.  My questions are:

1)  Has anyone used them before?  If so, what were your thoughts on them?

2)  Since my Vanagon is at home I don't want to wait until I get home, does
anyone know what the stock bulbs lumens and watts on Low and High,
respectively?

3)  Other than whiter light, do you think they'll provide better lighting
than the stock bulbs?  At about $12.00 per bulb, I'd pay that amount if they
were brighter.
