Well, I'm really having fun with my methodical search for things that could use tinkering with and haven't been too badly disappointed! :^) Should have seen this one coming when PO claimed that the skylight didn't leak, in spite of the duct tape and silicone caulk around the it! Be that as it may, is it typical, when the skylight itself has a crack and leaks, for the water to drip through the knob that controls the skylight? Too bad that the reason I can't get up and fix the leak is that it has been raining for several days . . . :^) The good news is that I didn't discover the leak while sleeping under it in some remote location!
