Also, my old AFM had been "convertable" from the time I bought the van. 1stremove the AFM from the engine 2nduse a sharp blade to start removing the adhesive around the cover 3rdturn the unit upside down on a flat surface 4thuse a wide flat blade, (putty knife?) work around the cover while simultaniously pushing down on the cover and using the housing to pull the opposite direction 5thdo this until the cover releases Cheers, Dave C.
