Did a quick web search for Vanagon Alloys and found the following:

I checked them out about a year ago (before I decided to go with 16")
and they had plenty back then.

Note that Audi rims don't require increasing the size of the center hole
for Syncro's, just normal Vanagons.
I also heard that spacers are available really cheap from Pep Boys or
something like that to get the right offset.  The only thing I don't
know anything about is the lug nuts, etc.
