This all presumes that there is at least .8 gallons of water in the tank though, right? I was just checking mine out and found that the pump wouldn't activate until at least the red light on the water level indicators was lit, at about .8 gallons.

Just trying to keep it in perspective for us beginners . . . :^) Marc Perdue
