The quickest way to get the latest pricing is probably to email Peter at <peterb@tiico.com>. Check out <http://www.tiico.com/prod04.htm>. It worked for me. I bought one.

As to your other questions: yes, yes, yes and also the starter and injectors. If you go this route I would also take this opportunity to buy a new clutch kit. as you get a new flywheel.
