Afraid not. A few years ago I considered importing them directly, and asked the Vanagon List if anyone would want them for about $60-70 (versus the $25 I charge for German non-convex mirrors). I abandoned the idea after receiving only two serious responses, as I would have had to bring in about 50 mirrors to get the right price.
