Donna -

I'm using 195-R14 AS Kumho 852s on my Westy. They have a load rating of about 103. The door sticker suggests 97 minimum, so they are heavy duty enough. I just put about 1000 miles on them driving to Vancouver and back. With 39 psi up front and 45 in the rear, they track just fine.

Very little road noise, and they handled rainy roads without any problems. Early days yet, but so far I am satisfied.

I have a full set of Load Range C snow tires which will go on this fall, so I am not going to depend on the All Season rating of these tires. Too many mountain passes around here.

Some of you might remember a thread of questions and answers on tires about 3 weeks ago. (as well as 6 weeks ago, and 2 months ago, and 1 year ago...) Well, I finially made my decission to go with Yokohama Y370LT's and I was feeling DAMN GOOD about it. But, good things only last so long. I was informed today that these tires are no longer available - discontinued. DRAT and #/*@\!^*!!!.

So I got to throw another tire question out.

ANYBODY HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH "KUMBO" TIRES? looking at the 822 PowerGaurd A/T ________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com
