Ok, I talked to my boss about this a good bit back for someone. (probably joel)

Whoever it was said that there was ~11 inches square clear space over the drivers and passengers seat, giving room to avoid the ductwork and the front header and the side cantrells.

We were considering using the small square popu/removable roof vents, as used occasionally in van conversion for the rear area. (glass, sunroof style here...no cheezy RV vents!)

So Bryan (my boss at a professional sunroof shop) checked around, but the smallest we were able to find needed ~14 inches total space, around 13 for the hole itself.

Now, one .could. use something like this (with more checking, of course) if they performed some careful surgery to the AC duct....but it would be a bit of work to do cleanly.

Good luck.
