Subject:      Digijet ECU Testing Sought

Thanks to all who wrote suggestions, ideas and advice concerning braindeath
of 1.9 ECU.  All were helpful in one way or another.  Have two used ECUs
arriving from out west.  I wonder if there is a good way to test these
units, when they arrive, besides popping them in my van and giving them a
try.  This is important in light of a possible open circut problem, which
could burn-up another ECU, which, despite all pre-testing, can still happen,
I guess.  But it would be nice when at the point of firing-up the engine
that the ECU had already tested out ok, so as to eliminate it as a cause of
why the engine may not start.  Is this possible?  How?
