My 90 Syncro Westy does not have the rear lips, only fronts.  It has some
sort of film strip on the rear wells.  Looks pretty crappy after 10 years.

My Syncro has clear plastic film covering the rear wheel arches, but no
black screw-on splash guards.  Anyone else out there with a Syncro that
has/doesn't have these rear fender lip extenders?

all syncros had the little splash guards.  all westy's had at least one
mudflap on the LF wheel.
