Allison;
If you tested it with a voltmeter it may not be enough. Take it
to your local battery shop (preferable) or auto parts shop. Ask them to
check your electrical system. Tell will gladly test your battery and
charging system under load and check the starter current. I have never
seen them charge anything for this service. All the equipment they use is
on a roll around cart which they drag out to the parking lot and test
your car. Takes about five minutes.
