Re-enactments all summer, and a flotilla of Viking ship replicas which will be sailing to L' Anse aux Meadows near the end of July. I'm planning to be at that side of the island for that event myself. NF is a bit more expensive (an extra ferry ride, and pricey gas) but has spectacular scenery and a far lower tourist density than NS, NB & PEI. Dr. Theodore B.
