Chris, Normally the starter battery is on the passenger side and the auxiliary battery is on the driver's side... but I've never actually looked at a Weekender setup like yours...

It's pretty easy to tell... just look under the van... the battery box with the REALLY big wire (about as big as a thumb in diameter) coming out of it going back towards the starter is the starter battery.

If you then open up the other battery box and see a small 1 inch or so cube with wires attached that is most likely a relay that only connects the two batteries when the engine is running.
