Subject: intermiitent ignition problem

The Damnagon is still cutting out at 3000-4000 rpm, and the curses are flowing alot freer here in Ct. If i turn the ignition off and then on again, it'll run for 30-60 seconds, sometimes a rew minutes even , but then cut out again. I followed some folks' advice and checked all the 02 sensor connections, they all look good. (i'm using the $39.99 bus depot splice in 02 sensor/1.5 years old) I replaced my fuel filter/pressur regulator and fuel lines this winter.

A listee's advice( and a search of the archives ...what a great resource!) leads me to believe a faulty ignition switch might be to blame. Has anyone solved a similar problem by replacing theirs? I tried to figure out which ignition switch wires do what, hoping to jump them with an off-the shelf switch as a test, but i have to learn to read the Bentley Wiring diagrams first.

also, I'm wondering if the fuel pump is cutting out and starving the engine. ( It doesn't sputter, it just shuts down) does anyone know how to test fuel system relays? might they overheat and open/close intermittently?

HAs anyone tackled this problem recently, or have any ideas on what else to look for?
