Yes, it is par for the course.
The fridge LED does not get as much voltage as the others.
That's because the voltage is supplied, as I understand it, just by the
heating of the copper thermocouple; not from the battery like the other
LED's.
Since it is the same color as some of the other LEDs on the panel you can
see that they light up better so it is not the nature of the color or the
bulb.
Just cup your hand over it in the daylight to get a better view.
