Thanks to all for your quick responses. I'm taking advice and
re-connecting O2
sensor. Sure would be nice to get better gas mileage. But I am planning
on
getting a new sensor as my guess is that it was intentionally
disconnected
because of poor performance.

The two "things" (what do you call these, anyway?) that should go into
the
green box but are connected to each other seem to be inseperable. Can't
get
them apart. Do I push first then pull; push, trun, pull; or just plain
pull
like mad?

Thanks again for your insight. I actually feel like I may be learning
something
here.
