Thanks William,

This is the sensor on the expansion tank, right? It's attached to the tank still. Could it have been disconnected at another spot? I would like to re-connect it and see if that light still likes to flash.

Also, not sure if I have the right cap on the expansion tank. It doesn't look like it has any kind of pressure releasing mechanism. Should I see one? It is blue plastic, made in Germany and says "Blair" on it. Don't see a part # on it, but I haven't taken it off. Still worried about adding air to the system by removing cap. Are these fears unfounded?
