Black smoke isn't necessarily oil, could also be an extremely rich fuel mixture, perhaps caused by a sudden and complete failure of part of the fuel injection system. Have you tried to drive it? Does it start?

A failed Oxy sensor can make the fuel mix very, very gas heavy, foul the plugs make it hard to start, loss of power etc.

Might be that simple...I hope.
