Check the fuel pressure regulator for raw gas being squirted through the vacuum line into the manifold. That would cause catastrophic richness. Unplug the o2 sensor -- if it runs ok then, that's probably shorted. Otherwise, I'd look for an injector that was stuck open or being driven constantly (i.e. shorted harness or trouble in the ECU output stage which grounds the injector line to operate the injector). Look at spark plugs for wet or gasoline smell... pull injectors and let them squirt into a can one at a time while you crank (take off all the plugs so the others don't operate while you're testing). The injectors all fire at once, so doesn't matter which one plugs into which wire... Check fuel pressure.
