It's as easy as it looks. There's a circlip on the van end (a little springy, washer shaped thing that slides on and off) and another "pry on and off" spring clip on the door end.

The window cranks as I recall (and solicit correction from the list as necessary) have a screw holding them on. It is revealed when you gently pry up the plastic covering the crank. Once this screw is removed it can take a lot of patient prying to get the old crank off -- but it does just come off once the screw is out.
