I would very much like to buy a set of curtains to install into my 81 Vanagon, non camper, but I am hoping to find someone who has done it, or is familiar with the process. How much drilling and the like do I have to do? Anyone have any pix? When the curtains are removed, does it look funky inside? I do not understand exactly what the "curtain rods" are made of, and how they look. Not a lot of vanagons around here for me to look at.

I am just loathe to drill and hack on my beloved van, even tho it will make it more useable to me and my children. If I could get some warm fuzzies from anyone, it would sure help me make the decision to go ahead and do it. :)

Any help or pointers is appreciated.

Regards from Utah,

John
