Subject:      Anyone in the Sandusky, OH area

This is my first contribution to the list.  I'm in the process of buying
my very first westy (first vanagon, period!), and I've located one in
Sandusky, Ohio.  It is an '86 Synchro, Wolfsburg edition with "weekender
package."  It's got the pop-top and removable fridge.  Brown with beige
top and interior.  There are ~64,000 miles on it, original owner.  It's
got power steering, A/C, and is a five speed (four w/ granny gear.)  If
anyone in this area has ever looked at this van, thinks they might have,
or have any knowledge of it, good or bad, please respond.  I'm anxious
to get a van, but am also cautious about what I purchase.  I appreciate
any help that anyone can offer.  Thanks.
