I agree with Joe on this one--hate to see you put more work on yourself
unless the problem really gets bad.  I manage a small list and have even had
a spammer subscribe, spam the list, and then unsubscribe a few minutes
later.  Just block any spammer from subscribing or sending from that email
address.
