Just to add my 2 cents to the window crank replacement.  The plastic cover
has a round metal band that circles the area above the screw.  It could
appear to someone that they should try to pry the band and inner circle of
plastic out with their pocket knife to get at the screw.  This is a
mistake!!! the entire plastic part lifts up off of the metal part to reveal
the screw.


Don't even ask how I know this.
