Hey Volks, I live in SoCal, and in the year that I've had the bus, have never used the rear heater and want to reclaim that underseet storage space. I just turned it on to test and the blower works and sounds fine, but I got a faint whiff of the maple syrup smell. Maybe I had a prediction of impending heater doom. Anyway, do any of you know off the top of their head what the inner diameter of the heater hose is that has the T fitting to go to the rear heater? I want to eliminate the T fittings all together and just put straight through connections in their place. Also, what's the best pipe material to use? PVC? Brass? steel?
