My Bentley manual ("Editorial closing July 15, 1991) shows a photograph of a solenoid (on p. 27.13) with 3 terminals (in addition to "connection A" which is "for field wirings")... terminal 30 "from battery", terminal 16 "to ignition coil", and terminal 50 "from ignition/starter switch". However, my starter/solenoid only has 2 of these 3 terminals... terminal 30 and terminal 50 (which has two separate connectors attached to it). What happened to terminal 16?? Is my Bentley out of date? Have I been teleported to a perverse parallel universe (again... and I *hate* it when this happens)? Has a terminal fallen off?? Thanks.
