Maybe it is interesting that your problem started around the time mine
stopped. We had a cold snap to herald the start of winter. The buzzer
stopped as if there had never been a problem. It could be a summer/winter
thing. Did your ambient temperature change significantly around that time?
Maybe just another piece of the jigsaw.
