won't work, ya know ... 200w driving lights produce enough photons to actually DEcrease your speed, if you use them while driving. and if you're trying to use them while in neutral gear, they'll start you rolling backwards, if you are on level ground.

you can only use those lights if you're rolling downhill or with the parking brake engaged.

the best thing is to just use 55w driving lights on the front of the bus. the photon force produced by these isn't enough to slow you down (noticeably, anyway) and besides, those 200w'ers tend to cast loooooooooong shadows past anything in the road ahead (like rabbits, sail-possums, armadillos, large rocks, cowpies, etc.).
