    Don't know about Michelin MXT's but just got a set of Michelin LXT's. and
they are great so far.  My 87' Westy with standard 14' steel wheels is
behaving very well on the road now.  Very stable in windy conditions.  Soft,
smooth ride too !  Had a lot of trouble finding them.  See my many postings
about tires in the archives.
