It's not much that's for sure... but if you're camped away from power and you want to use your lap top that is about 8 amp hours per day or 3 hours of lap top time.

My solar panel put out 3 amps per hour.... you can figure on about 20 amp hours for a good summer day in Utah... that's about 6 hours of lap top time.... works out good for me.
