Trickle > charge at best but not enough to run any appliances off of.

It's not much that's for sure... but if you're camped away from power and
you want to use your lap top that is about 8 amp hours per day or 3 hours of
lap top time.

My solar panel put out 3 amps per hour.... you can figure on about 20 amp
hours for a good summer day in Utah... that's about 6 hours of lap top
time.... works out good for me.
