the difference in the oxygen sensor is that they are both the same but the cheap one has only a 4" wire- you need to splice your old wire to it. It is really easy to do if you are savy with wire strippers. The more expensive one comes with that wire already in place- sort of a plug and play thing. If you old wire is fine, then i'd go with the cheap one. If your wire is toast, you'll probably need so get the more expensive one. I went throuhg this ordeal 4 months ago. -Matthew 84 running rich
