Where can you find/purchase the tool to install the chrome insert into the window rubber. I lost the use of my thumbs for several days pushing the stuff into my cargo door window with the help of dish washing detergent. I still have to get it into my windshield. It was real easy with the windows removed, but I didn't take out the windshield and cargo door window when the van was repainted. Thanks, Dave
