Hi Folks,

Thanks to all who gave me there advice on the 1.9L to 2.1L motor swap. It sounds as if it should be straight forward.

The thing that has me wondering is that everyone who has responded and has done the swap has stuck with the 1.9L cooling & fuel injection system. Has nobody changed the cooling & fuel injection system along with the motor? I have a complete 2.1L with fuel injection wiring harness and computer as well as all the coolant pluming ,hoses, manifold and all the other assorted bits & pieces. It would make sense to me to swap these as well as the motor and take advantage of the improvements that came with the switch to the 2.1L motor.

Has any one swapped he the injection & cooling systems with the 2.1L motor? Can it be done or is it too much trouble?

Cheers Glen
