Probably the best way to fix this would be to install steel inserts in the bolt holes on the oil pan or do like I did and drill n' tap from M8 to M10. I had this happen on mine and the loose bolts chewed up the alloy threads. I use M10 allen heads. Big and beefy and hold the bracket securely. If your threads are still good I would reassemble with new bolts and locktite blue.
