Looks like a good candidate for a couple of Helicoils, though (I have them on the brain right now since Jon Casey and I had to put one on his beast yesterday -- for those who care, if you need to Helicoil the hole at the bottom-left of the case on the 1.9, where the horizontal exhaust strut mounts: You can't get a drill in there b/c the exhaust pipe interferes, but you *can* use the tap directly with a small Crescent wrench to turn it. Shaky, I know, but with care it works. The case material is *very* soft). david
