Since this is Friday I hope this conforms with list rules.

As a long time webtv user I have in the last several weeks been plagued by harassmernt from webtv to discontinue my local ISP service and use webtv ISP.

As of today I have been disconnected from my ISP a total of 8 times since 15 May 2000. Each time I must go through webtv menu pages that are very obviously meant to recapture my account and spend valuable time reestablishing my local ISP.

If any list members have tried to communicate and received no response perhaps this is the reason.

I would also like to hear from other webtv users experiencing this problem as I have communicated with webtv on each and every occasion and found them to provide only totally irrelevant or no responses.
