I expect all of the VDO stuff you get now is marked VDO of America... which
of course doesn't mean it's made in the U.S.... likely outsourced to
Mexico...


VDO has a factory in Australia. I bought Australian VDO gauges for my 75
Bay, and found them to be of very ordinary quality and appearance.

Please note - During the past 17 years of operation, several gigabytes of Vanagon mail messages have been archived. Searching the entire collection will take up to five minutes to complete. Please be patient!
