Sorry to pick on you, but CV joints are a high-wear item in any car. I have seen Hondas go through them in 40K to 60K on a regular basis, and many folks hold Honda as the reliability standard.

CV noise is a sure sign of wear. Since the front-wheel-drive CVs are forced to work at high angles they tend to wear out sooner. If you hear clicking it's best to go ahead and replace the CV joint. There's no guarantee the clicking will increase before the joint breaks. I learned that lesson from experience.
