Please read my web page again.

All NT users ( nt 4.0 and win2k ) must follow my NT specific install
instructions, otherwise you'll recieve this error.

You have to copy two files from the cd ( or the temp directory if thats
where you put the cd files ), to the installed directory for it to work
under NT.
