It always makes me glad to see some positive comments after a flame about a vendor....As a list vendor in an exceptionally technical business...(as I am just as likely to get flamed by someone in the future who is quick with the send button after a frustrating experience)...Please be patient and let the vendor know 1st and give him an opportunity to explain or handle the problem first before the dirty laundry is aired. I have seen many times in the past year or more that the problem is really just a misunderstanding or shipping problem and not the vendors fault after all is said & done. Common courtesy I would think....All it takes for my customers is a quick phone call and I am all over the problem and I am gonna make it right regardless of cost to me. All the quality vendors..Weddle, Bus Depot, etc WILL do the same if given an opportunity.
