I've got to second what Daryl said. We as vendors depend on you guys, and we try to do the best we can to get you what you need, when you need it, at the best price we can. Yes, there are occasionally slip-ups, and it is generally a problem with the shipper. If you aren't happy with what we've done, let us know. The only way we can keep the trust of the VW community is to continue to keep improving. Without you guys, we wouldn't be here, so we've got to do it right. If we do what you want, though, please...tell others. Many of us are so small that we can't afford to advertise. We depend also on you to tell others about us if we've done you right. Thanks for the time, everybody, and good points, Daryl. Steve Sandlin www.steveslockshop.com '84 Wolfsburg Westy '79 Transporter '00 New Beetle |
