We are thinking seriously of taking February+ off and taking us and the kids down to Baja to find a remote empty beach someplace and do... nothing. We'd like a sense of diesel fuel prices prices along the entire I-5 corridor (from Blaine, WA to San Ysidro, CA)--we'll be driving the length of it. If people who live along this stretch wish to p-mail me, I'll summarize and repost to the list(s) in a few days (I'll include any reg unleaded gas prices I get too for the vanagon folks). If anyone has reasonably current fuel prices in Baja, I'll include those too. Let's standardize on SELF-SERVE prices only. I'll need the following info: - Diesel price per gallon (or litre) - Reg unleaded price per gallon (litre) - Date price recorded - Location price recorded (town, state) Please include only the *most recent* price available to you. [Plea for conserving list band-width...] PLEASE ONLY P-MAIL ME DIRECTLY: DO NOT POST TO THE LIST. I WILL SUMMARIZE AND REPOST RESULTS. [plea mode off] Thanks! T.
