     Most estimates I have seen from other folks have ranged from a low of
about $850 to a high of over $1500. You can do them yourself for about $200.
In spite of what you may have heard the job is NOT that hard. I did mine and
I doubt if you can find a more amateurish amateur than me.
   Get a copy of the Boston Engine article in the archives and look it over.
That, the Bentley and the advice of the good folks here got many a tyro like
me through.

After years of small droplets during winter months my 86's driverside head

leaking during summer, not just drops this time.
Two questions
1. Going costs for this repair if I have someone do it.
2. Any recommendations of reliable wasserbox mechanics in Northeast Ohio
(especially in Akron or Youngstown areas
