Hello all, I am enroute of my 8 week trip and it does not look my gon wants to go the whole way without some attention. Just some tune-up stuff + bearings(which were porrrly replaced about 3kmiles ago! Anyways I will be visiting New York on Thurs for a couple of days(or however long the car takes). I was wondering if anybody can reccomend a good Vanagon specific mechanic. I checked the vanagon.com site and there isn't anything near New York City. Hopefully you wonderfull folks can point me in the direction to a good mechanic in the sourrounding area that I can drop her off at and the take a bus/train/subway into New York. Thanks in advance.
