Doug, Another reason could be that you're getting low on propane. Mine usually lasts for about two weeks just running the fridge only (cook on the coleman) It does occasionally go out while driving but not usually. I just got back from a week long trip to beautiful Moab, Utah area '90 Westy, and mine only went out once while driving and that was on my second day out, after that not once. But I do know that when the propane starts getting low it will happen all the time while driving. Just something simple to check. Good luck.
