If you are referring to the canvas part of the poptop, replacement canvas having three zippered windows is available. Bus Depot may carry them, and I believe Go Westy lists them as well. There are a few colors available, too, depending on your preference.

You can find tips and instructions for replacing the canvas on your poptop in the list archives of this listserve.
