Subject: German Porsche wrecker
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"

Has anyone had anything to do with German Porsche wrecker Sportwagen Jacobi? They have a website with an English option and claim that they deal worldwide. However they don't reply to my, e-mails or faxes, and according to German T3 website-holder Jurgen Gembler this is their usual modus "operandi". He suggested phoning. When I tried this I got an answering-machine message in German, which won't get me any information.

I need prices for G50 trans and gearshift etc to put in my Caravelle. Failing this, I will have to buy from a San Francisco wrecker, but will no doubt pay rather more in so doing.
