I have them installed on my '88 Westy and they make a slight improvement in wind noise, and they do keep the rain out. The two vendors that I know of are McNeil autoparts, and Eurocampers. Two cautions: They are press fit in the window, and can very slowly slide down if you traverse many small bumps. There is at least one manufacturer who makes them very much undersize - these do not fit. I know (from experience) that McNeil was selling the undersized ones - they hopefully have changed suppliers. Eurocampers sells the correct ones.
If you are tall, they block your view out the window a bit - this is because you will be looking through a tinted plastic piece with not perfect optical qualities. This may be annyoing for some drivers. I've had mine for over a year and like them.
