It was even quiet, though the engine was too heavy, causing understeer. Shame the trans couldn't handle it. Sure, you may be able to expect a few teething problems, but these will be curable (don't go for a drive far out-of-town until it's proven!). The lists are ideal places to find out about others' experiences, and to find fixes. Face it, the VW wasserboxer is a dog (and I guess the Oettinger six version is also). Best thing is to have the best van and fit the best engine (and trans ie Porsche). Andrew |
